I applied for Pip on the telephone they sent me a book, so I got the citizens advice to help me, then I got a text message they have recieved the form, then 4 days later a lady phoned me asked me a few questions about 15 minutes about my mobility then she said she will work out what I hallowed, I am a new to this what does this mean thank you for you're time Sukie
