Filled forms in for DLA to PIP GOT MY DECISION and asi only scored 6 points and need 8 for the personal care What’s puzzling me is the statement “ at thiS time I cannot award you PIP for help with your dail living needs from 10/1/2020 “ I had the Telephone assessment on the 30/3/2020 and got the decision letter 4/5/2020
It could just be an error, these letters are often copy/pasted from others and it is not unusual to see irrelevant comments.
Unless there is an actual reason why an award would be prohibited from an earlier date, for example; you have not suffered from your current limitations for three months then I would just ignore it, ultimately, an award will only be made by you showing that you meet the Descriptors for one.
