good morning all, so after an unbelievable 5 months the brown envelope arrived- dated 4th may arrived 11th may so already a week out of my month to request an MR. now I am a little puzzled as it says award from September 2019 ( this is when I put in my original response from transfer dla-pip) I have been in receipt of DLA during this time... low care & enhanced mobility) but I have only been awarded standard care ( first payment end of June) so will I have to pay DLA back? also have been advised that it should be 8 weeks to hear back from MR is this a realistic timescale in the current climate. I want to thank you for your excellent guides in helping to write the MR & although I didn't have any new doctors letters etc I did write 3 pages of why I felt the information already provided contradicted the assessors report & was able to quote useful court references in regards to mental health. now just the waiting game.
