I have a telephone consultation next week due to change of circumstances am hard of hearing so I need someone with me do I need to tell them this that I will have someone with me to. Explain things that had been said on the phone I do not wait any longer for another consultation because it’s been 5 months now I have been house bound since December last year due to a bad accident also can you give me anymore advice thank you Peter
You are entitled to have someone with you during the assessment but I would still give the Assessment Provider a call to make sure that they and the assessor are aware of the additional requirement for your companion to explain what is being asked during the interview.
