Hi Gordon,

The nurse from PIP IAS called me back this morning.
The call lasted 18 minutes.
I asked if this was a full telephone assessment and she said no, just a few questions for her clarification.

When will I be able to ask the DWP for a copy of the report do you think ?

I forgot to ask do you still have to ask for the report by telephone and in writing. Is there a sample letter to ask for it ?
Also what is the report called please ?
