Hi everyone , after winning esa a second time at Tribunal ( been claiming it for 7+ years ) I have been reading that when the suggested time of reviewing written on the Tribunal award paper is up which is soon , that you have to fill in another claim form like the first time you ever applied . The health condition experienced is the same , as its lifelong . A!though you are filling in the form again is it still considered a follow on from when you first claimed when they are !ooking at it , as your condition is lifelong with other conditions appering along the way that are regularly experienced alongside with this particular life!long condition . thank you

No, you need to treat the new form as if it is a new claim, complete it in detail and provide evidence as you can, even if you have sent it before.
