hi, is it possible to email ESA about change of circumstance? anyone been able to do this successfully? thank you

I'm afraid the DWP will not accept an email except from a pre-authorised email address and even then I am no convinced that they actually monitor these.
Your change needs to be reported by letter, preferably using a Tracked post so that you have proof of delivery.

ok, thank you for clarity. In current climate of virus and not going to post office, and finding phone too stressful, email would seem so practical. Our local council takes email correspondence and is secure, and we are being encouraged to use online for everything, yet when you have disabilities that make email/computers a helpful aid, a disability benefit hub doesn't let you make contact in this way. at least i can stop hunting for an email now! and my heart goes out to anyone who doesn't have someone to take a letter to the post office and is forced to use phone contact. best wishes
