Does the Tribunal request all my evidence from PIP was created by SirSupaDupa
Hi there,
Just wondering does the Tribunal request all my evidence from PIP, it's just I don't remember everything I sent to PIP, would I need to find everything I sent to PIP and then send it to tribunal or does the tribunal service request it from PIP?
I know I can send in new additional evidence to the tribunal, however i'm more concerned with the older documents.

Hi Sam
The DWP will send HMCTS all the documents they have in regards to your appeal, which will include your assessors report. They will also send you a copy of everything that was sent to HMCTS, we call this a bundle of documents, it should contain everything that was sent to the DWP including your MR decision.

Sam
Yes, you can up to about two weeks before the hearing. I would wait until you have the DWP bundle before sending anything and I would try and only send one response rather than sending things piecemeal.
