Review form and confused was created by Actonjon
The brown envelope arrived this morning
It’s a review form last one was just a tick box form
Today’s one still 24 pages asking about my disability in a more detail
Just wondering why the change in form
I got a letter back in June that pip was extended till April 2021 due Covid my ward was ending in October 2020
Any advice would be appreciated

Hi Actonjon
Before I answer your question, can you tell me the name of the form you have received, it is usually written in the bottom right hand corner.

There are two versions of the AR1 Review form, you have received the newer one that asks about how your conditions have changed since you were last assessed. Our PIP Claim guide covers completing this version of the form.

It’s a lot of questions and little space
Do you think it’s better than the tick box form when was this launched as I have heard or seen one
I am getting help with filling it in over the phone as one is meeting one to one at the moment

It doesn't really matter which version of the form is better you need to make the most of the one that you have.
Even if you are getting help I would still review our PIP Claim guide to make sure that the best explanation of your limitations is being made.
