Can some one help? Today my husband has come out of hospital. His stay was less than the 28 days where you have to inform P.I.P. and have your benefit paused. Even though his stay was only 20 days, do i still have to inform the DWP? Thanks
Hi I think you do have to advise them because of the linking rules. Hospital stays that are 28 days or less apart are added together and counted as one stay when calculating how long you have spent in hospital.
