Any advice appreciated.
I rec my PIP decision letter dated 17/97/2020 and called for a copy of the assessors report after scoring 0 points. the guy who took my call said that would register an MR while I was on. The report and confirmation of MR being requested arrived dated 27th July 2020.
Does this mean evidence I wish them to consider had to be received by today 27th August 2020?

I have my ESA85 medical report which placed me in LCWRA support group and a recent referral to MH services. I have Occupational Health reports relating to my MH from my previous employment and a medical report from when I was reversed into with a car by someone I knew. Are these relevant to send? The Healthcare Practitioner states the mental health issues I have regarding anxiety, do not impact my ability to leave the house and no evidence to indicate overwhelming psychological distress to the extent I lose the ability to function. I am at my wits end and not sure if im too late to send anything now.

Thanks
Eleanor

The DWP normally allow four weeks from when the MR is requested to submit further evidence, however, Decisions have been taking 12 weeks or more so you may still have time to challenge the Decision.

I can't really comment on the reports you mention, do they support your limitations in completing the PIP activities, for example; there are areas of overlap betwee ESA but there are not many and even where there are the criteria can still be different, you will need to show the relevance of the report if you are to score. There is a document in the PIP area that shows where we think there is an overlap.
