I'm applying for a drug counsellor volunteer role that requires an enhanced DBS check.
I'm currently on ESA Support Group (I was found to have the exemption 29/35 apply to me for reasons of aggression/violence/anxiety). Will the Enhanced DBS check reveal that I'm currently on ESA support group for this reason or at all? I've since gotten quite better and I'll be ringing the DWP in due time to notify them..
Will me volunteering alert the DWP in any way? I want to alert them myself rather than them be alerted about me..
If you don't know, who can I ask about this that would know specifically?
As far as I am aware being on PIP has nothing to do with enhanced DBS, I have to be checked every two years. If you have been cautioned, then this may come up on a check.
