I become very fatigued after being outside and particularly when I have interacted with anyone and once I am home I often have no energy, motivation and fatigue is so bad I often fall asleep for hours, waking up well past dinner time. For preparing and cooking a meal do I explain these difficulties? This is before I start that activity but it impacts on my motivation and I often make 'easy' meals and the fatigue adds to how long it takes me to prepare a meal.

You say that you often make 'easy meals' what do you mean by easy meals, are we talking about microwave meals or beans on toast.
