PIP report was created by Patel
My PIP was report was under audit. Capita informed me original report changed
due to some medical evidence received. Can i request this medical evidence at
same time as i request report from DWP.?

Hi Patel

You can request it, but I don't know whether they will send it to you. If it's your GP then you can request a copy from your surgery.
