Sending evidence - MR was created by 20wicia09
Hello, everyone,
I have just received copies of medical records from my GP.
Do I have to copy and send everything I have, or do I just have to copy only the data that is relevant, showing diagnoses, symptoms, test results etc.? Can photos be evidence ? e.g. pictures of a fire caused in the kitchen by my inattention caused by medicines can be evidence ?
Thank You.

Hi 20wicia09

You should only copy and send what is relevant. Read your notes carefully and make sure that you don't include anything that could harm your case. Sometimes professionals word things in a way that is not helpful.

You can send photographs. Make sure you write your name and national insurance number on each one. I would also put when they were taken.
