Hello
Need to update and ask a small question
As I was in appeal and decision maker call me and offer enhanced mobility and same as standard daily living. When I request for enhanced daily living then she told me if I send another letter from my GP she will looked at again. After eight week today when I call, lady on phone first she talk to me then she confirm from decision maker case is close while I accept this offer.
I inform her yes I accepted but the same time decision make told me if I send another letter she will looked it again my claim. She told yes we receive your letter and more evidence also but now everything is close and we not changing anything in this claim and if I need more changes I must apply again as new claim?
Need to ask what can I do now, when I accept there offer same time decision maker told me send us a fresh letter and she will looked again and now they say all is closed and if I want anythings more make a new claim. Last time I paid £60 for this letter as she told me to do so and send more evidence and all case is close, any advise will be appreciated.

I'm afraid your only option is to request another appeal if the DWP will mot revise the current award again.

You appeal in exactly the same way as you did the last time, either online or by completing an SSCS1 form.

A huge thank you to all who run this fabulous site, just awarded both enhanced mobility and daily care, I don't think I would have got through all the paperwork without your valuable guides and all the helpful tips, thank you so much.
As I update you regularly now is the day when all is good and ended my journey. I started my review claim last October 2019, first had a very bad assessment in Aots centre just awarded 6 points. No need to remind I used your valuable site and send MR and involved my MP, they changed to both standard rate as I have over the last three years. But my condition changed over the year and I wasn't happy with this decision again. As I requested your advice and you reminded me for appeal.
I applied in February 2020 and then received a call in July 2020 Take it or leave it?
She offered me Enhanced mobility and standard daily living, with five years’ time. Also, she advises me if I send another GP letter will she looked again; I send her new GP letter with few other documents. Received letter yesterday and she awarded me both enhanced for five years.
BUT need one more advice as I have lifelong Plantar Fasciitis (foot problem) and my specialist write it down clearly this problem stay with me life long and I must be adjusted with rest of time. As I requested for 10 years on going award but she gave me only five years and write my conditions do not warrant a 10-year review?
As I say I have very good evidence to show about my disease but she hasn't accepted. Can I go for appeal again as she took my letter as MR and now again, she sends me Mandatory Reconsideration Notice and give me option for appeal? I just send a letter as she told me but she took it again as MR. Can I go for appeal and asked for extra time, just need your kind advice? Again, thanks for all and everyone here.
