Gary is correct, you need to contact the ICO to make a complaint about a Sunject Access Request, have you confirmed with the DWP that they have received and when?

The DWP will reasonably argue that your request arriving at their mail delivery centre is not the same as it arriving at a department able to process the request, they normally quote ten days for a letter to get to the right department from posting.
As II said, the ICO is the next port of call for a complaint.
