HI, YOU HAVE HELPED ME IN THE PAST AND I HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME NOW, ON THE 08/08/2020 I BECAME AT THE AGE OF 66 A PENSIONER, AT THE TIME BEFORE THAT I WAS EBLE TO CLAIM E.S.A. AS I TURNED 66 I INFORMED THE D.W.P. AND MY E.S.A. WAS STOPPED, THAT I EXPECTED BUT MY P.I,P IS STILL BEING PAID IS THIS RIGHT AND IF I INFORM THE D.W.P. HOW MUCH WILL I HAVE TO PAY BACK.

Hi Beverley

Your PIP will continue to be paid. I don't know when yours is up for renewal, but you should receive a light touch review as you are over 65. There is nothing you to pay back you are entitled to it.

Now that you are in receipt of state pension you should check to see if you are entitled to Pension Credits.
