Hi
Some advice please. Husband had an appointment today for pip assessment. Scheduled at 2.25 after half an hour rang customer service. 10 minutes later someone phoned to cancel assessment. Is this common?
We are both in a right state and have to go through this again

Yes, I'm afraid there are other members whose assessments have been canceled at the last moment.
