I was on LCW and just been awarded LCWRA. My partner is self employed and not earning much due to covid (approx. £200 - £300 per month). We have no children. Will his earnings affect any back pay I might get, as my reassessment forms were submitted in June 2019 and just had telephone assessment this week with new award.
Your post suggests that your partner's income is not being reported to the DWP, I really hope that this is not the case, Universal Credit is always claimed as a couple, so his income will always be taken into account when calculating your payments.
To answer your question, no his income will not specifically affect any back payment.
