My full name is showing, how can I stop it? I assume we are talking about legacy benefits, and not new style ESA?
Unfortunately not being able to see your doctor is happening to lots of claimants, if you have any supporting documents including repeat prescriptions send copies of them in with your claim.
The ESA legislation does not provide for the extension of the period allocated to complete the ESA50. Even if you are told by the DWP that you can return the form late, you should not do so unless you have the extension confirmed in writing.
You need to explain your problems in broader terms, your worst, on average, at your best, it may be that even at your best you meet the criteria and for each to detail the time that you are affected in the way.
