Please help, I sent in my esa forms over a year ago, I have been on it for years. Heard nothing till last week and was phoned and told I have an telephone assessment this week!! I'm so scared as I don't know what to expect or how to prepare myself, I'm already going through hell and losing most of my hair through anxiety. I can't find where to go to on here for a guide to telephone assessment for esa, please can someone help me, as the worry of my pip assessment 2yrs ago made me very ill, Thankyou xx
All Assessments for ESA were stopped in March due to the pandemic and only restarted a few weeks ago so we have had no feedback from members as to how Maximus are conducting them but have had considerable comment on those being done for PIP, obviously, the criteria is different but the process should be similar so have a read of our PIP Claim guide which has a section on telephone assessments.
