I receive ESA and would like to check if any of the usual DWP letters have gone astray. I can't get through to ask them by phone.
I live in a flat in London and left in March to shield at my parents' house during the Covid lockdown. Mail gets left in a communal area of my flats for all to see!
(1) The last DWP letter I received is dated 20 Feb 2020 which notifed me of changes in April 2020. (2) I also have a one page letter without a date notifying me of an income tax code.
Is this all I should expect in the normal course of events or does it look like letters have gone missing?
A advised on your other post, you need to contact the DWP as soon as you can, it's impossible for us to say what correspondence you may have received in regard to your ESA claim, for example; reassessments for ESA have just restarted and they may be trying to contact you about booking one.
