Hi, Living in a flat without letterboxes or pigeon holes and landlord won't do anything, alot of my mail goes missing, I've missed hospital appointments and esa letters due to this, they either go missing or get sent back in post saying I don't live there by someone!! Can I ask esa to send to care of address please or will this cause me more problems, or could it cause problems to my brother if I ask if I can use his address as care of?? Thankyou xx
I can't see why it will be a problem just make sure that it is understood that it is a postal address and not a change of address. Follow up your call with a letter confirming the details.
There is no reason why your brother should be impacted by your using his address for your post.
