My pip renewal form needs to be returned. I have my GP patient summary for the last 3 yrs. Do I need to submit all 150 pages or just those relating to visits that relate to the conditions I have put on the form?
Claimants don't normally send in any additional paperwork with the review unless your conditions have changed since the previous time. You certainly don't want to be sending any information that is not relevant to your PIP claim
