pip reward review was created by magpiejoe08
i received a letter from the dwp the other day stating they have started pip reviews again. they state that they have extended my award until january 25th 2022, every medical result i have had from the dwp the examiner has stated that my condition is unlikely to improve, i will be 66 years old in june 2022, will i ever get any peace from them? it looks like they are not going to meet their promise of not bothering people whose condition will probably never improve, but i never really expected them to. thank you.

Hi Magpiejoe08
You don't reach state pension age until June 2021 - and so it is to be expected that you would have received this letter. By the time you come up for the actual review - hopefully, you will hear from them about a light touch review.
