Are pensioners that are currently ion PIP still being reviewed rather than every 10 years? A relative has just had a letter extending their PIP till next year and it says that it will be reviewed then. Is the 10 year light touch only after a review?
It's not completely clear what's happening. The review next year - may be the light touch review. Some have already been told they will get the light touch (even though no one knows what that means yet).

In my case, I was due a review this year. However this was done in July and based upon the evidence I had provided four years ago. An award of ongoing was made with the next review in ten years time.

Stewart.
