Hello I wonder if you could maybe help me with this question please.
Regarding the back money you were talking about I'm not sure if this question will be in this... But I got my last face to face they came to the house. They gave me high motobility and the standard care.. My question is the DWP Held back a lot of information regarding my health letters from my doctor and carer etc so the ppl who came out did not have the full information on my health so therefore didn't get what I was entitled too regarding the care side but ppl had said to me not to appeal it at that point as they look at both components... So I left it... My pip is due to run out 9th April 2021 but they have extended it until Jan 2022.... Would I be able to contact DWP and voice my concerns now after reading your statement regarding back money.... Thankyou for reading my message

Only you can make the decision, whether you want to find out whether you are eligible for back money. You can wait and see, or you can do as others are doing and writing in and asking.
The assessors may not have looked at your information when they came to your house to do your assessment (not all choose to), but they do have access to all your information online. All records are uploaded and the assessors can read them.
