Hi Binky

I'm slightly confused by what you're saying. If you were sent a date for a telephone assessment and you did not answer the phone or contact them, then you run the risk of your money being canceled. If this is what happened, you need to write to them or get someone else to ring on your behalf.

I'm not sure what you mean about the PIP as it is not related to your ESA. Ask the question again and we will try and answer it for you.

Hi Binky

All home visits stopped due to Covid-19, at present assessors are only carrying out telephone assessments or paper based assessments.

I read today, that since April 2020, there have been approximately 46,110 paper-based assessments compared to 228,730 assessments taken via telephone.

There are no home assessments being done at the moment and it looks likely that there will be none done this year at the very least.
