You can contact your local Welfare Rights office, do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county. If you want someone with more legal experience then have a look at the following

Make sure you have an understanding of what PIP you might receive if your appeal is successful, would you get value for money?
Can this person provide you with references of successful appeals that they have done for others?
Lastly, have you considered doing the appeal yourself? Many claimants do and are successful.
