Please could someone give me advice, I have been off work since January, my SSP ran out in July and I was moved onto ESA. My condition has not improved and I want to leave my employment due to ill health. If I resign will it affect my continuous ESA
Resigning will not impact on your ESA but I would strongly recommend that you get advice before resigning, you may be giving up legal rights which you may regret losing.
