Hi I have ESA / UC phone review this week. I downloaded the guides, so many pages, the handbook seems interesting 254 pages. But can somebody please point to the right document I should be looking at? The one most relevant for phone interviews? Tried looking through the forum, saw they only ask 2 questions or something Tried looking thru the faq but not sure . I had ESA, scored 0 points, had to appeal with MR, which was refused, and opted into a tribunal, DWP called off the hearing 1 week before tribunal hearing was to go ahead. Granted section 35 by DWP, Limited work / support group. Now 1 year is up, and hence phone review.
We have had very little feedback in regard to ESA telephone assessments so I can't give you any specific information but we did do a survey for the PIP ones which a lot of members responded to so there is a section in our PIP Claim guide that it would be worth your having a look at.
Obviously, the questions you will be asked will be about the ESA Descriptors, there is a list of the likely questions that you will be asked in the ESA/UC Claim guide.
