Hi, I wonder if you could help me? I sent my sons UC50 in on 22 July. Being as its been over 16 weeks now since sending it and 23 weeks since the start of the claim online, When do think its best to contact them given the COViD situation? Many thanks in advance.
Give Maximus, the UC Assessment Provider for an update, they have only just started doing reassessments for UC so the queue that existed in February of this year is undoubtedly longer.
