Hi gordon i have my pip review and im starting to fill out the forms. i have length additional pages on my first applications im wondering should i include these in the review as i have new evidence which continues to show my needs

Yes, if you want to include the pages then do so, just make sure that they are consistent with the information that you have previously sent.
