Just after some clarification of the following question
(b) Cannot, for the majority of the time, remain at a work station, either: (i) standing unassisted by another person (even if free to move around); or (ii) sitting (even in an adjustable chair) for more than 30 minutes, before needing to move away in order to avoid significant discomfort or exhaustion.
When they say either or what do they mean? for example if you can sit for more than 30 mins but you can't stand for more than 30mins would you still meet the descriptor? or would you need to be unable to both stand and sit for 30mins to meet it?
The crucial phrase in this Descriptor is "remain at a work station".
So you can stand or sit or move between the two positions as often as you need to, the time will only stop when you move away from the workstation "in order to avoid significant discomfort or exhaustion".
