What is the difference between Version 43 (Oct. 2020) of Best Possible PIP Guide and earlier versions eg Aug. 2020? Any clarification appreciated Thanks
Recording a telephone assessment From 21 September 2020, IAS (Atos) began recording all telephone assessments. At the time of writing (6 October 2020) we know that Capita is expected to begin recording assessments soon, and may well already have begun doing so.
