Hi I had my assessment 2 weeks ago by a nice person who was very formal. I have had money paid into my bank account , equating to a number of weeks back pay,but no letter or telephone conversation or email , nothing at all explaining my award. How long do I wait for the paperwork to arrive. Thanks
I'm afraid it can take 10 to 14 days for the Decision letter to arrive, once requested, printed and enveloped they are posted second class in Belfast where the DWP's print centre is.
