No award again was created by hazypiper
Hi,
I've been refused any PIP again. This has been going on for coming on for 3 yrs now from when I my first claim. That was put for Reconsideration then it went to a Tribunal and the Tribunal panel said I would have been awarded basic PIP.
So I made a new claim straight away as advised to by Tribunal panel July this year and resubmitted my medical records, GP letter supporting claim, Tribunal paperwork etc again .
I had a telephone assessment and yet again they've come back and said no.
The person they describe in their decision is not me ..its like they're describing someone else and haven't even looked at all my supporting paperwork.
I need help submitting for a Reconsideration again. Is there anyone on here that helps out with that or direct me the best way to go about as I seem to be hitting a brick wall and they don't acknowledge everything submitted.
The telephone assessment said I wasn't anxious or upset etc et I was in tears talking to her.
Any help/advise?

"The telephone assessment said I wasn't anxious or upset etc et I was in tears talking to her." They did exactly this to our daughter last time. We won in the end, let the injustice fire your determination to fight for the truth and the right award. Everyone on here knows how you feel and will help you as best we can. Another member got help from
disabilityrights.org.uk/
who give some free help and also do casework on no win no fee, very fair terms I would say If you need help. Don't delay as the clock is ticking.
Best wishes, Denby

I wonder if they have a detector that senses peoples anxiety levels on the phone or a crystal ball?
