Hi Graham
We cannot answer that question, only you will be know if it is worth appealing.
Have a look at our appeal guides and PIP criteria before youmake up your mind, you do have one month from the decision date to appeal, you can do out of time appeals if you have good cause.

Appeal section is half way down the page.

Just wanted to let you know I have decided not to appeal, I printed and read through your Challenge To A Personal Independence Payment (PIP) Decision
A Guide To Mandatory Reconsiderations and Appeals.
Main reason is I am totally alone and may lose what I already have, I could only do a paper appeal as I know I would not be able to attend face to face, the stress/anxiety would be too much. You say that the success rate with a paper appeal is not great, so why put myself through extra months of worry. Hopefully natural causes will get me soon and the pain will be gone.
Thank you for all the help you have all given to me.

Hello Graham,
There is wisdom in knowing what it is reasonable to put yourself through, so well done for having discovered what is right for you.
Don’t throw away the paperwork you have received from the DWP, it might come in useful if you have a review. But put it to the back of a cupboard and forget about it until then.
Thank you for letting us know your decision. Take care and I hope you find your hard won money makes life a little easier.
