Hello

If you was awarded pip in august 2014 but didn’t get the 4 points but since then had several reviews where you should be awarded 4 points or do now score the 4 points and your claim now means you qualify for daily or higher.
Will you get backdated pay or is it only if you was awarded since April 2016 and assessments review) where you should of received higher ?
So since April you’ve had reviews scored 0-2 but should of got 4 means you qualify?
I understand the ruling but not if you’ve been reassessed since April 2014 and should of scored the 4 points. Will you get it to your last review or April or nothing?

Thank you if you can help

I'm afraid the UTT Decision only applies to PIP Decisions made on or after April 2016, so your 2014 one is not covered.

Can you please make my topic private please.

So from the re-assessments since 2016 up to the 17th September don’t count?
Sorry it’s confusing

I can't make the topic private only posts but mine will still need to be visible or you will not be able to see them.

Decisions since April 2016 are affected by the UTT Decision, you can contact the DWP to ask them to look at any relevant Decision since then, there are template letters that you can use in the PIP area.
