ESA temporary address/change of address was created by misunderstood
The call I received about a week ago was about a returned letter
I had a breakdown from DV, beating assault and court issues, I also have several chronic health conditions which meant I lost my home.
I was accommodated by the LA and I'm in temporary accommodation on one claim for HB to the council (so I'm not claiming for two places)
A redirection was set up because I was not in any state to deal with any of the paperwork, plus I lost most of my personal documents at that time which I haven't been well enough to think about replacing.
I didn't think I needed to tell DWP that I was in a temporary place because it's not a permanent address so I left it as it was.
I have received a letter from fraud and errors with the ESA telephone number asking for my address. My local jobcentre is aware and has had no issue with this situation as I'm under safeguarding.
I really do not want my temporary address disclosed and have been advised by the authorities that It's safer to not have my address on any official documents.
I really don't want to change anything because of my psychological safety and I'm close to having a further breakdown which at this point I don't think I would recover from or survive.
I'm not double claiming and I'm tempted to send it back as is. It wouldn't trigger a move to UC I don't think and I called the center which is difficult (I have PTSD) and never ends well as the advisor started shouting at me that if I don't send the form back they will stop my money. I tried to explain that I'm not mobile at the moment nor near a postbox even if I could walk there and my supporter is isolating however they don't seem interested. I left a note on my file that I would try to get i in as soon as possible. Would this cause my money to stop? I also asked for an email address as a reasonable adjustment however I was told there isn't one?
I really can't cope with this anymore and don't know what to do.

Could one of your neighbours post the form back for you?
