Received today Pip Review Form. My PIP was due to end Dec 20. I was awarded PIP for 2 years after being moved from indefinite DLA award. I had to go to MR and won as assessment report full of contradictions and omissions. However assessor said I was due to start new treatment that could improve my conditions but this was for only one condition and would not help with others. My health practitioners wrote stating this but still only awarded for 2 years. I still have all my medical support letters from 2 years ago and wonder if I can/should submit these again with award review. I fell I will struggle to get up to date support as all my regualr appointments have been suspended due to Covid. All advice appreciated. Thank you. Sue
Yes, you can use your support letters from 2 years ago. Just state that many of your appointments have been suspended because of COVID which is why there aren't any for the present time. Many people are in that position and it should be obvious, but it's always best with the DWP to state the obvious to them.
The length of your award has become very common and is happening to people regardless of whether their condition will improve or not.
