pip additional information

hi mods, i have completed my form for pip review and have quite a lot of additional pages to send with the form both what i have written and further medical information from hospitals and gp, can i just put my pages into the back of pip form and put everything in plastic sleeve to keep it all together as its too much to staple and want to be sure it does not get lost or separated, would this be acceptable, many thanks bb

I have the same problem - I've used a hole punch to punch a single hole in the top left corner, then a treasury tag to keep all the pages together - it's also still loose enough for them to be able to copy the pages without having to take it apart. HTH
