Pip 1043 form arrived was created by debbiesixtysix1
I was originally due to be reviewed on 21 Dec 2020...A few months ago I received a letter saying my pip award ha been extended 6 months to 21 June 2021.
Today I received a pip 1043 form to complete in the next 3 weeks ( by 21 Nov ) the letter was dated 21 Oct, also the same day I also received a letter dated 25 Oct that my pip award had been extended to 21 Sept 2021.
What do I do ? I have tried ringing the pip line been cut off twice and still in a queue after an hour ?

Hi Debbie
The fact that you have received an extension to your award end - makes no difference in terms of you having to complete the review form. The DWP say that they normally send out a review form about 12 months before the end date. Now for a lot of people, it has been 6 months, but in your case (and there have been others) it's been sent 11 months before the end. The length of time is variable among claimants because of the backlog the DWP have. They have extended your award to give them plenty of time to process your review.
You must return the review form in the next three weeks.

Thanks for your email your reply Bis. When I eventually got through to the DWP after 1 hour 50 mins they said just fill in the 1043 and return it before the date required.
