I know this forum doesn't cover the topics of adult social care needs assessments, but I wondered if any members have found any useful websites they could direct me to, especially regarding what the assessment must include, etc. I have downloaded the full Care Act and the regulations, but they're rather heavy going. Thanks so much if anyone can post any links.
