The DWP should have reviewed your ESA recently, last couple of years, to make sure that you were receiving the correct payments as some IB claimants were entitled to Income Related ESA on transfer but were not paid it. Have they been in touch?
On the assumption that you were entitled to ESA(IR) on transfer and you were placed in the Support Group and/or you had a Higher Rate Care award of DLA then you should have been paid the Enhanced Disability Premium.
To be paid the Severe Disability Premium from 2011 you would need to have an award of DLA Medium Rate Care or higher or a Daily Living award of PIP (there are others), no one must have claimed CA against your DLA or PIP award and you must have been living alone or considered to be living alone.
