Don’t give up, part 2

Previous post I told of telephone assessors report dla to pip full of lies = zero points for anything. Did mandatory reconsideration changed to 10 points for both daily living and moving around, great relief!
Update : after a lot of thought lodged an appeal on both aspects of moving around, within one month of appeal starting dwp changed award to 22 points meaning enhanced rate and no court !! My message to everyone is do not give up if you believe you have a just case. If you need to, use excellent guides on this site, speak to cab, try and find a local disability support group, do what you can. We all know the stress the dwp cause everyone but keep fighting, and good luck!

Well done Maria! Congratulations! I think all of us who've been through this horrific mill realise that you don't get anywhere until you apply to a tribunal, to judge what should be bleeding obvious!
