I’m sure I saw a point of law where when a review has been carried and there has not been any improvement in someone’s symptoms the dwp need to put across a very good case if they remove the award altogether.
The DWP need to provide adequate reasons for removing an award but this is not something to rely upon as it is an argument that you could only make at an appeal and that is not where you want to be with any claim.
