I have been given the PIP review form to fill in. Is there any advice into how to complete this form. It asks if there have been any changes for the individual PIP questions. My condition has not changed much since I was given the award 2 years ago. The questions are set out differently to the original claim form. There are 3 sections to each question. The first part asks tell us if there have been any changes, and approximately when. The second question is tell us how you manage this activity now, including the use of any aids that you need. The third part asks tell us about changes to the help you need, or the help you get from another person. There is a final section of the form, asks if there is anything else you know about your health condition or disability.
