Hi I received award for three years with a part of the letter saying we will look at your claim after two to see if you are receiving the correct amount. I will be 67 by then. I thought I would fall into the 10 year light touch catergory. Am I wrong in thinking that.It is my first claim. Thanks

Yes, you should qualify for an On-Going award but the DWP will not make a decision on this until your award comes up for review.

They can either review you and if a new award is made then make it an on-going one or, less likely, they might look at your current award and decide that they can make a new award without contacting you.
